Last updated: 01 Oct, 2026. These Terms of Carriage govern all services provided by Quick International Couriers LTD ("the Carrier"). By booking a shipment you accept them.
"Shipment" means any parcel, document, pallet or freight accepted by the Carrier. "Consignor" and "Consignee" mean sender and receiver. "Working day" excludes weekends and UK public holidays.
We will carry shipments with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the service level and delivery window quoted at booking. Tracking information is provided as a service indicator and does not itself constitute a contractual delivery time unless a time-definite product was purchased.
Shipments must not contain items listed on our Prohibited Items page. The Carrier may inspect any shipment and refuse, return or destroy non-compliant items at the Consignor's cost.
Unless a higher value is declared and paid for, our liability per shipment is limited to £25,000 or the value of the goods, whichever is lower, per the Warsaw/Montreal Convention where applicable and the CMR convention for road freight. See Insurance for extended cover.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, industrial action, customs examination, war or pandemic. On time-definite products, the money-back guarantee applies as published per lane.
Claims must be lodged within 14 days of delivery (or scheduled delivery for lost shipments) by email to inquiry@quickcouriersltd.com with the tracking number and supporting documents. We aim to resolve within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
